The Beginning

repairZEN started as an idea to build a tool to assist businesses to help improving customer experience and freeing up time through automation.

The main purpose is to easily allow a user to capture an update each day on the progress of a repair. repairZEN then sends the update through to the customer using various channels.

The net effect is that the customer gets the current status of their vehicle each morning and does not have to call in to find out about the progress made the previous day. This constant push of information creates an improved experience for the customer, resulting in fewer calls and interruptions from irate customers demanding a status report.

The founder, Richard Soderblom, has been involved in the software industry for a number of years and has had both good and bad experiences in getting vehicles repaired. Taking the experiences gained along with Agile principles from the software industry, Richard is busy building a platform that closes the communication gap easily and efficiently between the repair centre and the customer.

While being in early development, repairZEN is seeking to actively engage with business owners in the industry to discover the needs and wants of our users.

This not only allows us to build an effective platform but also allows us to deliver the functionality that you will be using. This all ranges from what you would like to see in reporting, to other modules that you would like to have.

In Q2 of 2023, we are looking at launching our closed Beta Program in which we will be inviting a number of businesses to signup for the repairZEN platform and to start trying out some of the features.

During this period we will be actively engaging with participants in a collaborative and open way to ensure that what we are building is:

Pricing, The Elephant In The Room

We understand that business is tough and that we need to implement an effective solution at an affordable price. With this in mind, we are following Lean principles and techniques in the development and running of the service. This means that we can pass this saving back on to you.

Traditional software is expensive to create, expensive to buy, and expensive to use.

I am Richard Soderblom and have been active in the IT, Telecommunications, and Logistics industries my whole working life.

Being a software developer for many years and leading an international team of developers under me professionally has led to me being a valued member of any team that I work with. Now I have the pleasure of bringing my technical architectural and agile skills to repairZEN to build something truly great.
